Horrible! I placed an order on 5/19 for my husband to have something to break his fast (Ramadan) received the wrong pizza. They were busy and said they couldn’t redeliver for 1-2 hours but the next pizza would be free. I called to get the pizza today and was told they don’t give free food. Told them I just wanted what we paid for. Called slice (the app I used to order) thankfully they had a recording of them saying they would deliver the right pizza free but they still wanted me to pay to have it delivered again and wanted me to meet their new purchase minimum! Not a happy experience! I will never order from here again and will tell my other brothers and sisters about this experience.

I frequently order from here, alot of times when i do i am either missing a drink or given the wrong flavour wont order from here anymore. Also, the food i am given they do not put enough in it for me

Not good 👎 ordered a cheese pizza, mild wings and jalapeno wings. Cheap mozz cheese used and lacking marinara/pizza sauce. The wings are crispy which i liked but the jalepeno wings was nasty

The food is great, restaurant is clean with a convenient eat in area! Staff are always friendly and pleasant! I skip the crowded mall and go to Rovias for lunch every time I work in Columbia instead!

This is some of the best delivery / take out food in Columbia.The pizza tastes like pizza should, all of their sandwiches, sides and anything I've tried has been fantastic.I work close by and sometimes get Rovia's for lunch and they deliver quickly, efficiently and the delivery man is one of the nicest dudes I've ever met. The delivery man comes cheerfully walking into the office with a big smile on his face and is so kind and courteous. If you're thinking about lunch or dinner you don't need to look any further.....you will be satisfied.

I had ordered large chicken tikka pizza but all it had was white sauce & grilled chicken vth onions. There was no marinara sauce & chicken was just grilled no taste of tandoori & no salt & seasoning too. It was completely bland. I won’t order it next time as it is expensive & no taste at all 👎

Ordered a sub, showed up 25 minutes later, and the order hadn't even been started. Three employees were standing around, in close proximity, nobody wearing a mask. I told them to forget it, and left.

Pros: Fast delivery and inexpensive. The fries were good. Cons: The pizza. Ordered a 14" thin crust. When you went to grab a slice only half of the pizza came with it (not due to poor slicing, it was like the bottom half of one slice would just fall off the top part). My boyfriend said: "This is probably the worst pizza I've ever had". I agree. The local Pizza Hut will give you a better pie than here and at roughly the same price.Overall: Sure... the price is appealing, but what you get in return isn't worth it. Well, maybe the fries.

I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries yesterday. I had the worse stomach ache and diarrhea. I'm not ordering anything else from this place ever!

These guys are great! It's a clean, friendly, service orientated establishment. Call ahead and your order is ready when you walk in. Stop by and they will make it to order quickly while you wait. Nice eat in area too.

Food was prepared quickly and the service was great!

Told me they changed their prices. Charged me .50 extra. But the brand new sign above the register AND the menu on the counter, which is the same delivered to my residence said otherwise. Of course they would not honor posted prices.

I love coming here before class for dinner, a great place to do homework and hang out with friends. It has become one of my staple places, I love how intimate it is and the staff are so sweet. Their food is good if you aren't too concerned with healthy eating.

This used to be my favorite place to order from....Then they kept forgetting every 2 liter that I ordered, and kept making random small mistakes. However, I was alltogether finished with them when I found a bug in my gyro that was delivered to me.

The best pizza I ever had. The service was fast and friendly even though they were super busy. I will be back again and again

Very friendly staff. I haven't tried the pizza yet but the subs are excellent. I especially like the fried fish sub.

The service was awesome. Our waitress was polite and prompt and the pizza was one of the best we had in years. We both started recommending this place to our friends.

I tried Rovia's Bistro for the first time yesterday...but it definitely won't be my last. It was recommended by a friend. I pass by there a lot but because it's kind of hidden from the road I didn't know it was there. I had the Havana Havana panini. It was like heaven in my mouth! It came with french fries which were also delicious. They definitely don't skimp on their portions either. The sandwich was packed full of deliciousness. I also want to say that the customer service was top notch. There were 3 men working and they were all very friendly and welcoming. They brought our food to our table. And the older of the 3 came over to check on us and asked if we needed anything. I can't wait to go back!!

Stopped there for lunch specifically to try the Cuban sandwich (Havana Havana). They have two versions, one on panini and one on bread so I ordered the panini version. I enjoy trying Cuban sandwiches whenever I can and this one was definitely one of the best in this area that I've ever had.

Good guacamole and lots of food for reasonable price. 1 door had it's glass broken.

Bad food...

Food was tasty, but the environment felt sort of dirty. This was compounded by the fact that the water from the soda fountain was foggy.

I ordered the Gateway stromboli.There was plenty of filling but the crust was so soggy that the Stromboli was impossible to eat
